In the second half of the 1970s, the first Italian Orienteering Championships were held in Ronzone: a discipline that will never be included among the Olympic disciplines, but which holds its own allure. It also holds a metaphorical meaning for Sassuolo, which, after a year in Serie B, is training in Ronzone to reorient itself towards Serie A, and for its coach Fabio Grosso, who has already celebrated two promotions but has only managed three top-flight appearances, at Brescia in 2019: "I'm a rookie. But it's not the league that matters: for me, what's important is the project, the relationship with the people I work with, and the time given to achieve the goals."
